Terms of Service

Last updated: May 20, 2025

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or accessing the Orgero platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Description of service

Orgero is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing HR management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, project execution, and operations tools. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Free trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe or your workspace will be locked. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe; see Stripe's terms for payment disputes.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell or sub-license access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service in a way that impairs its availability for other customers.

6. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. On termination, you may export your data; after the retention period, it is permanently deleted.

7. Intellectual property

Orgero and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, algorithms, UI designs, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any IP rights beyond the limited licence to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Uptime and support

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Enterprise plans include an SLA with service credits for qualifying downtime. Support is provided via email; response times vary by plan tier.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts of Cairo.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice to active customers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
